Prospects & Projects in the Barn

Most we have raised. Some we have bought. This is where you will find out what we are working on currently. This is where our Sale horses will be listed when they are ready to be posted. All will have excellent feed, deworming, and farrier care. Most of our QSC prospects sell before they hit the ground!

So, please check our Mare Power page first and reach out if you would like more information about our Weanling Purchase Program.

Thank you kindly for considering a Swirl Brand Prospect.

Quick Smart N Gold

2019 Palomino Filly - Not For Sale

Sired by QUICK SMART CAT and out of our good Proven mare DOC BEDUINO CASH. This filly is all CLASS.  She has been started correctly in our program and loads herself, ties, stands quietly in the barn to be saddled. Lunges nicely, responding to voice commands. Moves away from pressure, putting her head down and disengaging her hind quarter. Turn on fore and hind. Has her first 3 rides. Rode out beautifully. This filly has the correct start that will send her to the winners circle. Meets you at the gate. Blemish free. Correct in every way. Carries a coveted CBHI Super Stakes Certificate. Canadian Breeders Elite Eligible.

Quick Smart Dun 2014 Dun Mare

Talented heel horse. Super athletic mare that can really get in the ground and stop. That kind of pretty that gets compliments everywhere you go. Perfectly conformed. GingerSnap is my personal barrel horse. With limited runs she runs solid in the 2D. Click here to see her run. In 2019 finishing in the Top 12 at the Cloverleaf Futurity. I love this mare and have high hopes for her as an all round competitor and future broodmare. She is the whole package.

SB A ROAN DELIGHT 2020 Red Roan Colt

Sired by QUICK SMART CAT and out of our daughter of PERFECT POSSIBILITY who is by First Down Dash.

This fancy red roan colt is double bred

FIRST DOWN DASH!  This colt has a nice wither already and is straight. He has been in the barn over the winter being tied and brushed. I lead him with me when I empty the wheel barrow, and he stands while I throw in straw bales from the stack outside. Just part of the learning process around here. We expect him to be a nice sized colt, who will be turning heads wherever he goes!
